It also gives plenty of security in the heel counter for a trusted hold. The midsole has been tweaked, for fun, comfortable and supported strides. It still uses ’s Enerzy Nxt foam, their nitrogen infused foam that gives lightweight cushioning with plenty of bounce and energy in your strides, as well as Smooth Speed Assist technology to give you a near effortless feeling as you glide from landing to toe-off.
